Product Details:
The lifting mechanism of subway track laying machine adopts CD1 / MD1 electric hoist with simple structure, stable performance and durability for cooperative operation. The trolley traveling mechanism is driven by vertical driving device, and the control mechanism adopts single or multiple linkage controls.
The subway track laying machine adopts a compact box type structure. According to the space in the tunnel, the span and height can be changed. The operation is mainly carried out by multiple lifting cranes.

Application Scopes:
(1)This type of gantry crane is mainly a kind of crane specially designed for the track laying construction of metro track engineering, and is mainly used for the rail row hoisting, formwork and steel bar lifting and installation of subway track laying project; The construction site is generally in the narrow space such as subway section.
(2)According to the construction characteristics such as the hoisting load state and the use frequency of the track laying machine, the working level of the whole machine is A3 or above.
(3)According to the requirements, the track laying gantry crane is required to have the function of automatic span change and height change; The rail laying crane can pass through the platform, screen door, small curve curve and connecting channel, and can transport and transfer in the tunnel as a whole without disassembly. This crane meet the requirements of various domestic subway tunnel track engineering construction conditions.
