Product Details:

New Chinese explosion-proof electric single-beam crane meets the requirements of national standards such as Explosion-proof Overhead Crane (JB/T 5897), Explosive Environment Part 1: General requirements for equipment (GB3836.1) and Explosive Environment Part 2: Equipment protected by flameproof enclosure "d" (GB3836.2). Work level of the hoist is M5.

The working environment temperature of the crane is - 20 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃. It is suitable for working in explosive gas environments such as the explosion-proof level is not higher than level B or C or the environment is formed by combustible gas, steam and air and ignition temperature group is not lower than T4 (135 ℃). The applicable hazardous area is zone 1 or zone 2, and is not applicable to zone 0.

Note:

Zone 0: A site that explosive gas mixture appears continuously, frequently for a short time or exists for a long time under normal conditions.

Zone 1: A site that explosive gas mixture possibly occur under normal conditions.

Zone 2: A site that explosive gas mixture can not appear under normal conditions but equipment failure or mis-operation may occur occasionally and shortly.

New Chinese explosion-proof electric single-beam suspended crane adopts lightweight, modular and parametric design. Hoisting mechanism uses BNR mode new Chinese low headroom explosion-proof electric hoist with superior performance and advanced technology. Traveling mechanism of trolley is drove by three-in-one drive device and the control mechanism adopts the advanced variable frequency and speed regulation control system.

Product Features:

(1)Compact structure and small limit of size.

Hoisting mechanism adopts light weight design concept such as simple structure, compact layout, exquisite shape, small occupied space and large working range.

(2)Variable frequency speed regulation and stable operation.

Variable frequency control is adopted for the hoisting mechanism, crab and trolley traveling mechanism, which can reduce the product shaking during hoisting and improve the hoisting safety.

(3)Complete, safe and reliable protection device.

The crane has many safety protection measures such as overload protection, lifting limit, operation limit, overcurrent, undervoltage, voltage failure, short-circuit protection. In addition, the crane can also add other devices as required such as the second brake, overspeed protection, stall protection, safety monitoring system to improve the safety of the lifted materials.

(4)Integrated transmission, energy-saving and high efficiency.

The hoisting motor, reducer and brake are arranged in an integrated manner, directly driving the drum group to reduce the transmission chain and realize energy-saving and high efficiency.

(5)Silent drive, low noise and environmental protection.

The motor is an explosion-proof three-phase induction motor with variable frequency electromagnetic braking. The speed of the motor is stable, with large overload capacity and high mechanical strength, which is especially suitable for equipment with short-time or intermittent operation and frequent hoisting and braking. The standard insulation grade of the motor is F and the protection grade is IP65. Reducer adopts a fully enclosed hardened face gear. After carburizing and quenching, the gear face hardness can reach 58-62HRC, with high bearing capacity and low working noise. The reducer case cover has high strength and good performance.

Inching?movement
Ensure that the crane moves slowly and accurately as it approaches its destination. This function can be applied to hoisting mechanism, trolley and crab. Inching movement can be set as required.
Dead slow
Dead slow function can ensure the stability of the control system and slow, accurate movement when the crane is moving and loading. This function can be applied to hoisting mechanism, trolley and crab.
Zero speed hover
"Zero speed hover" function automatically starts to prevent slip hook when the control system detects the slip hook trend (the motor does not rotate when the brake is opened).
Impact-proof
Our cranes are all equipped with functions of upper pre-limit, upper limit, top impact-proof?limit impact-proof of the crane, which meets various needs of customers for products.
Electric anti-sway function
Crane can automatically limit the sway of the loader in the process of handling, realizing faster handling and more accurate positioning, and to be stable during the handling process.

Regional load limit
Cranes are equipped with hazardous area restriction function, which can reduce the dangerous situation during loader movement, and prevent the damage of the loader, crane and surrounding area facilities.
Speed expansion function
Our cranes can add sub-low speed and sub-high speed function regulation except for low speed and high speed, which is practical and efficient.
Multi-hook coordination
The crane can monitor and control position difference of multiple hooks to make the hooks run synchronously at the same speed, ensuring the efficiency and quality of the crane.
Multi-trolley synchronization
When multiple cranes lift a loader at the same time, the position difference of multiple cranes can be monitored and controlled to make the crane operating mechanism run synchronously at the same speed.
Wireless expansion
A wireless module can be added to the crane to connect to the Crane Industrial Internet Platform, realizing the full life cycle management of the crane.
